The Kiswah, the cloth covering the Kaaba in Makkah, symbolizes veneration and glorification. To respect this sacred fabric, guests of Allah must follow certain guidelines:

  1. Avoid holding onto the Kiswah. It is exclusively dedicated to the Kaaba, and refraining from physical contact shows reverence.
  2. Never pull or drag the Kiswah. Mishandling can damage its delicate structure and intricate designs.
  3. Maintain the Kiswah’s cleanliness. As a house of purity, the Kaaba’s cloth should remain spotless and free from impurities.
  4. Preserve the integrity of the Kiswah. Do not alter or tamper with its design, as it represents the rich Islamic heritage associated with the Kaaba.
