Alhamdulillah, more blessings in the form of the signing of an Agreement or cooperation pour in NCMF before the year ends for humanitarian and educational development as well as “Halal Industry” development on November 17, 2022, at NCMF headquarters, Quezon City.
NCMF Secretary Atty. Guiling A. Mamondiong is so blessed to have been visited by foreign philanthropists, dignitaries, and foundations to help NCMF in its programs and activities to better serve the Muslim Filipinos in the country. One of the flagship programs that the NCMF leadership advocates are to build a Hajj Terminal, Microfinance and “Halal Industry” and “Halal Tourism” with the help of Arabs from the Gulf countries like Kuwait. There are also some pledges by Kuwaitis to build townships and community housing.
According to the Agreement, both parties shall carry out the objectives of this Agreement. Furthermore, they shall seek sustainable mutual support from each other in carrying out their responsibilities and share their common interest following the provisions of the present Agreement.
Both parties shall build bonds of cooperation and links between them in such a way as to promote the dignity of charitable and humanitarian work, develop its mechanisms, and coordinate efforts in the field of service delivery at a high standard of quality, in a distinguished fashion, promptly, and accuracy.
Both parties shall promote the exchange of experience among their respective personnel and hold joint courses between the two parties to benefit from the available human resources and capabilities and continuously enhance work methods.
Both parties shall carry out the projects together following the conditions and instructions laid down under the authorities in implementing their projects.
